I was also at the BAWA venue last night in Bristol, and I thought they were great. The new guitarist is extremely good and adds a further dimension to the band. His string bending was reminiscent of the old style guitarists of the 50's and 60's. He also knew exactly when to come in with his lead and when just to concentrate on his rhythm. Well done, great gig.

Hi, Saw you last night at the BAWA Club in Bristol 25/7/10. The band were great except for your new guitarist who must have thought he was Pete Townshend of The Who, with his too loud Twangy guitar. Absoloutly ear shattering! Would have been more suited to a heavy metal rock band. This was the opinion of a lot of other people who were there as well. What a disapointment! Cos when I saw you last at the Begbrook club in Bristol approx 2 years ago I was dead impressed and thought you were all excellent.

Just to say what a great night I had last night at the Queens Hotel Blackpool. Couldn't have had a better band on to help me celebrate my 60th. Absolutely fantastic... but then you always are.xxx

i spoke to your old guitarist last night and he said he should never have left you
apparently he was told that you didnt want him, he loved the band and has been bored ever since but thats rock and roll

I dont know which ex guitarist you met, we have had a few, but we have never told anyone they weren't wanted. Its funny what people say sometimes. It is a great feeling being in a successful band though so I can understand him missing it.

Thanks for another great night at the Queens, Blackpool last night. Am knackered this morning. It's all those fast songs Dennis makes me dance to, not to mention the ones you segue. lol.
Have listened to some Eva Eastwood this morning (the internet is a wonderful thing) and yes, I think you will do them justice Lisa.
Sept is far too long to wait to see you again. We have your gig list so will hopefully catch up with you soon.
