Rock Back the Clock

Friday 19th March

It’s 3 years since we were at this club and it’s nice to see completely refurbished. It’s a lot brighter than it used to be and more livelier with a full dance floor all night.

Wacko Jacko got everybody in the mood with mostly standards by the time Rock Back the Clock did their first set.

They are a 6 piece band from Manchester with piano and lead singer and have 5 people taking the vocals in turn, which is very strong when they sing together.

They covered the usual favourites including Please Mama Please, Marie Marie, High Class Lady, finishing with an encore Rockin’ My Life Away and Rockabilly Man.

Another good night.
